For starters I find it interesting that there is no place in the diagram for &quot;religion&quot; in general or for &quot;God&quot; in particular. I find this odd since even secular sociologists often comment on the importance religion and spirituality plays in the lives of nearly all people always.

The second thing I notice is how family takes up about the same amount of space as &quot;Sex&quot;, &quot;Beer&quot; and &quot;Star Wars&quot;. Is it any wonder the family dynamic in North America is in such a mess if it holds the same space in the human heart as &quot;Star Wars&quot;.

The third thing I notice is that &quot;water&quot; is very tiny, taking up the smallest place in the human heart. This is ironic since water is perhaps the most essential element to human survival listed in the diagram.

If this diagram is representative of the human heart, then my concluding thoughts are a) our priorities are all out of wack and b) it&#039;s no wonder no one lives Godly lives anymore (often not even Christians) - based on Jesus&#039; words quoted above and what Paul writes in Gal. 5 (the fruit [lusts] of the flesh).</description>
