If you are alive… You can’t be still. You are either growing or deteriorating. Moving forward or backwards….

A friend introduced me to this artist. I have mixed feeling about this as well as his other work. None of these feelings are negative. It’s a strange attraction… on one side it seems like a waste of time, but on the other hand I also find it fascinating. Fascinating to ‘man’ trying to be a part of something so big. Like this river. Like the umbrella project. I am both intrigued and amused by the magnitude of the projects and the fact that we are still so small compared with nature (read creation).

There is a longing in my heart,
And in yours too.
For eternity
And for Him.
Many times it aches. And it hurts.
We want more, we yearn… God has placed eternity in our hearts. The longing for more… The desire to be connected to Him. Together with that longing comes an understanding deep in our hearts that there is more.
More to be had.
More than just this (whatever ‘this’ is).
The answer to that constant, never ending question in your heart is found in only one place. It is not a cause, or an ideology… It is not a theory or a belief. It is a person. He placed that yearning in your heart… for eternity,
…and for Him. His name is Jesus. I call Him Saviour and Lord.

As I visited The Rebelution I saw this which I want to keep and thus I am posting it. Not sure what to make of Levi and Dockers and their brand. But I do like the twist on this ad. Funny that I would even call it a 'twist…' Just goes to show how twisted it has all become that when it actually makes sense we need to qualify it.

On December 23rd, Daniel made up this joke all by himself:
When a gigabyte bites, it gigahertz (hurts).
I know he doesn’t understand the meaning of gigabytes and gigahertz… but to a proud Dad this is quite funny when his 4.5 year old makes it up.
